Therapy Options
Hydro Massage System
The Transfer32 walk-in tub has thirteen (13) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. Seven (7) upper fixed fixed jets work to provide relief for your back, hips and thighs, while six (6) lower adjustable jets massage your feet and calves.
The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, an eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, a hydro massage intensity control dial, and a strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging.
The in-line water heater is designed to maintain the water temperature at a constant level while bathing for maximum comfort. The ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. This sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance.
Lastly, the hydro massage intensity control dial allows you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system.
Hydro + Air Massage System
The Transfer32 walk-in tub has seventeen (17) strategically placed air jets in order to deliver rejuvenating therapeutic relief. Eleven (11) upper, fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips and thighs, while an additional six (6) jets located in the lower foot area deliver a gentle massage to your feet and calves. Additionally, two (2) of the eleven (11) upper jets are bidet jets.
The air massage system includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups.
Ella’s Air Jet System includes an Auto Purge System. It automatically activates 20 minutes after completing your bath in order to blow out any excess water and bacteria from the air jet lines. Auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent mildew build up.
Hydro + Independent Hydro Foot Massage
The Hydro + Independent Foot and Calf Massage package uses two independently run pumps to give bathers a simultaneous full body massage and a powerful foot and calf massage. The strategically positioned upper and lower hydro jets powered by two hydro pumps include an intensity control dial to adjust the strength of the water pressure to your liking from a gentle pressure to a more rigorous massage.
Bathers can enjoy an independent foot and calf massage within minutes by simply filling the foot well up the seat level.
Please note: if you choose this jetting package, your walk-in bathtub will come with one (1) in-line water heater that will be connected to the lower jets and used with the independent foot massage feature, and an ozone sterilization system connected to the upper jets.
Hydro + Microbubble Therapy
Ella’s Infusion™ MicroBubble Therapy System consists of a single Microbubble jet connected to a hydro pump and a Microbubble tank system. The high-pressure hydro pump, along with the Microbubble tank, breaks down the water molecules into billions of tiny bubbles which are then sent out through a single jet.
At the push of an on/off push control button, this feature can provide a moisturizing, exfoliating therapeutic experience all while detoxifying and relieving skin related issues.

What can I say? This tub gave me my independence back. I’m 82 and I was losing confidence in the bathroom after a bad fall. Now I bathe regularly without calling my daughter for help. The grab bars are sturdy, the door is reliable, and the hydrotherapy actually soothes my aching joints.
Martin S. –
My mother had a fall last summer and her confidence never fully returned. When we installed this tub, I saw her relax for the first time in months. The secure door, the comfortable seat, the reliable grab bars, these features gave her back her sense of safety. That’s worth everything to me.
Audrey F. –
My recovery from my fall last spring would have been so much harder without this tub. It gave me a safe place to bathe while my mobility was limited. Six months later and I’m stronger because of it. Truly grateful.
Lawrence P. –
My wife uses this every day and loves it. The water temperature stays consistent, the drainage never backs up, and the whole unit looks nice in our bathroom. Good value for money. Would recommend.
Stanley W. –
Retiree here, analytical by nature. I researched these tubs for months. Compared features, read reviews, analyzed durability. This model kept scoring highest. Eight months in, I’m convinced I made the right choice. The engineering is sound, the materials are quality, and the user experience is intuitive. Exactly what I expected based on my research.
Judith N. –
Moved back to Bangor after years away, and my parents needed help with mobility. This tub was the perfect solution. My dad uses it every morning, and I don’t worry about him slipping anymore. The whole family is grateful.
Beatrice C. –
Warm, functional, beautiful. My grandchildren think it’s fancy, and honestly, I feel fancy in it too. The hydrotherapy is real, not just marketing. Every soak feels therapeutic. A true luxury item that’s actually practical.
Anna S. –
As a home health aide, I work with seniors daily, and this product is a game changer for safety compliance. Clients who were previously bathing alone and at risk now have a secure setup. The grab bar positioning is clinically sound.
Constance R. –
After my hip replacement, bathing independently was terrifying. My daughter researched this product and it was the perfect solution. The wide door, the secure seat, the grab bars, everything supports recovery safely. I’m a true believer now.
Helen R. –
Absolutely wonderful. The step-in design means I don’t have to worry about slipping anymore. Door seals beautifully. Seat is cushioned and comfortable. My arthritis makes mornings difficult but these warm soaks have become my favorite part of the day. Worth every penny.
Lawrence B. –
We moved back to Rhode Island last year and immediately needed accessible bathroom solutions for my wife. This was the right choice. The grab bars are well-positioned and the seat is firm.
Gregory A. –
Long story short, I fell, broke my leg, and spent eight weeks immobile. This tub was essential to my recovery and dignity. The seat is comfortable for extended sitting, the hydrotherapy helps blood flow, and the grab bars made transferring safe. Without it, my recovery would have been much harder.
Howard B. –
Skeptical at first, not anymore. The craftsmanship is solid. The drain system is efficient. The grab bars are well-positioned. My wife and I are both using it and we’re both very satisfied. Installer John was professional.
Joseph B. –
My wife had a stroke last year and needed a safer bathing solution. The low step-in height and grab bars give her confidence. I don’t worry anymore when she showers. That peace of mind is priceless.
Richard M. –
My wife is in her seventies and we wanted to age in place in our Edmond home. This tub checks all the boxes: safe entry, secure grab bars, reliable door seal, good drainage. We’re planning to stay in this house forever and this makes that possible.
Joseph B. –
My wife had hip replacement surgery. Physical therapist recommended warm water therapy. This tub provided exactly that. The seat is cushioned, the jets are therapeutic, and she regained mobility faster than expected. Grateful for this product.
Richard D. –
My dad had surgery and needed something safe for bathing during recovery. This fit the bill perfectly. The low step and secure seating meant he could bathe independently almost immediately. Now that he’s healed, he just likes using it because it’s more comfortable than his old tub. No regrets.
Paul J. –
My wife had a stroke and needed a safer bathing situation. This tub has been perfect for her recovery. The door seal is reliable. The grab bars are strong and reassuring. The step height accommodates her walker. It’s been a crucial part of her healing process.
Linda C. –
I’m a caregiver for two seniors and I’ve worked with many different bathroom safety products. This one is professional-grade but accessible for home use. The grab bars are sturdy enough for someone transferring their full weight, and the seat is supportive. My employers are very happy with it.
Joyce E. –
My father was in the hospital recovering from pneumonia and we needed to help him regain strength and confidence. This tub was central to his rehabilitation. The hydrotherapy helped his breathing, the grab bars supported his movements, and his independence came back. Amazing what good design can do.
Linda T. –
After my knee replacement, stairs and showers were nightmares. This tub eliminated both worries. The low step-in is everything, the comfortable seat lets me soak and rest, and the grab bars provide security as I’m getting stronger. Highly recommend it to anyone with mobility concerns.
Leon H. –
Built like they used to make things. Heavy, solid, no cheap materials. The grab bars don’t wobble, the door mechanism is precise, the seal is tight. Modern products often disappoint. This one doesn’t. Worth every penny.
Judith T. –
Honestly, I was scared of the learning curve with all the buttons and settings. My grandson showed me how everything works in about five minutes. Now I use the massage jets every single night. Best bathroom decision I’ve made in decades.
Victor H. –
After my wife’s knee replacement, we needed something low-impact for bathing. This tub is perfect. The seat doesn’t put stress on her knees. The hydrotherapy jets help with swelling. The grab bars give her confidence. The step-in height is not intimidating. Excellent solution.
Diane S. –
My therapist said a warm soak would help my arthritis. My grandson recommended this model and I’m so glad he did. The water pressure is adjustable, the temperature holds steady, and I can stay in as long as I want without worrying about getting in and out. Simple, elegant, and it actually works.
George A. –
Bought one for the house. Wife’s got arthritis, I’ve got a bum knee. This tub works for both of us. Hydrotherapy jets are a nice touch. Step-in height is just right. No complaints.
Patricia D. –
My mother fell last winter and broke her hip. After she came home from rehab, I knew she needed something safer. We installed the Transfer32 and it’s been wonderful. The grab bars give her confidence, and I can help her in and out without straining my back. I’m a nurse and I know what good design looks like; this is it.
Beatrice H. –
My son and his wife bought this for me when my arthritis got really bad. It’s transformed my mornings. The hydrotherapy jets are absolutely wonderful, and I love that I can adjust the water temperature without struggling. The seat is comfortable enough that I can soak for hours.
Phyllis W. –
I never thought I’d be the type to invest in something like this, but my mobility issues forced my hand. What a relief it’s been. The step is low enough that I don’t have to swing my legs up high, and the door seal keeps water exactly where it should be.
Rosemary T. –
As a nurse, I know what safety looks like. The door seal prevents leaks, the grab bars are positioned for leverage and support, and the drainage system won’t back up. This tub meets clinical standards while still being beautiful. My mother uses it and I trust it completely.
Helen R. –
I’ve been in Tucson for 52 years and I know quality when I see it. This tub is quality. The door seal keeps water right where it should be, and the step-in height is perfect for my bad hip. The company got it here faster than expected, and my neighbor Dave helped me get it set up perfectly.
Patricia R. –
Living out here in LA, we deal with a lot of mobility issues as we age. This tub fits perfectly in my bathroom and the design is elegant. Not an eyesore like I feared.
Vincent M. –
Professional handyman installed dozens of these units. Never seen one with problems. Good design, good materials, good engineering. Customers are consistently satisfied.
Samuel R. –
I’m a retired engineer and I appreciate good design. This tub is engineered well. The materials are quality, the dimensions are thoughtful, and the safety features are integrated intelligently rather than feeling like afterthoughts. The hydrotherapy system is particularly well-designed. Durability is excellent so far.
Ruth B. –
My late husband installed this for me three years ago, and I still remember him saying how impressed he was with the engineering. The hydrotherapy jets have been my daily comfort ever since, and the grab bars are rock solid. It’s been one of the best decisions we made for aging in place. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat.
Judith K. –
Ordered this after my mother’s hip replacement. She was terrified of bathing. Now she looks forward to her soak time. The door seal means no spillage on my bathroom floor, and the grab bars are genuinely reassuring. Wish we’d done this sooner.
Rosa V. –
My husband uses it for his back pain from years of farm work. The hydrotherapy jets truly help. We’re both happy with the purchase.
Emma S. –
My dad is 79 and had a scary fall in our regular tub. This walk-in model has been transformative for his confidence and our family’s peace of mind. The step-in height eliminates the dangerous climbing, the grab bars are rock solid, and the non-slip seat prevents accidents. He actually relaxes now instead of tensing up.
Miriam F. –
My son bought this for me when my mobility declined. The hydrotherapy jets ease my daily pain, the grab bars give me security, and the comfortable seat lets me soak as long as I want. He made a wonderful choice, and I’m using it daily.
Margaret T. –
My daughter insisted I get one of these after my hip surgery, and honestly I was skeptical about the whole thing. But the step-in height is perfect; I don’t have to lift my legs up high anymore. The grab bars are sturdy and the seat is so comfortable for soaking. Installation was smooth, and the door seal keeps the water exactly where it needs to be. I’ve taken a bath every morning for three weeks now.
Linda N. –
We just moved to Great Falls from back east, and installing this in our new place felt like the smart move for our future. The grab bars are sturdy, the hydrotherapy is relaxing, and it fits the space perfectly. Montana is beautiful, and now our bathroom feels safer and more modern.
Naomi S. –
After my accident, bathing alone seemed impossible. This tub gave me back my independence and privacy. The grab bars are positioned at comfortable angles, the seat supports my back, and the entry height doesn’t aggravate my healing hip. Life-changing.
George L. –
Just moved to Kansas City from Missouri and needed something accessible for my knees. This tub doesn’t disappoint. Step-in height is manageable, the seat is genuinely comfortable during long soaks, and the drainage handles everything without backing up. Five stars easy.
