All sales are final for custom orders, with no returns or refunds allowed. Orders are shipped from Chicago, IL, within 2-3 weeks from the time of the order. Our shower base shells are thermoformed from acrylic material and reinforced with fiberglass gel coat and steel rebars around the low threshold shower base drain, or with a steel bar running throughout the barrier-free base threshold, ensuring reliable durability against wear and tear.
