Soaking Option (No Jetting)
The walk-in tub shell of the Laydown 30″x 60″ is constructed with premium acrylic in a white glossy finish, supported by a stainless-steel frame with adjustable leveling legs, and reinforced with fiberglass gel coat layers. The nonporous acrylic surface is easy to clean and impermeable to mold and mildew. A textured floor and a low step-in threshold, enhance your safety and allow quick and safe entry and exit in and out of the tub.
ShowerShop Lay Down 30”x 60” Walk-In Tubs main feature is the unique tempered glass inward swing door with a brushed finish aluminum frame. The sleek door was designed in the center of the tub, which establishes a vertical tub wall and creates a wider interior floor space opposed to that of a standard curvature wall. This, along with a low step-in threshold and textured floors, may reduce the chances of tripping and slipping when standing in, showering, and entering or exiting the tub. An optional glass shower screen is available to make your tub more shower-like.

Safety Features of ShowerShop Lay Down Tub
Straight and narrow side walls offer safer entry and exit to the tub by eliminating the curvature that standard bathtubs have, minimizing your chances of slipping while showering, standing in, or exiting and entering the bathtub.
Straight and narrow side walls offer more space side to side, allowing you to stand closer to the wall of the tubs without fear of slipping on a curved slippery surface.
Hazardous curvature becomes extremely slippery when wet, increasing risks of slipping and falling while standing in, showering, or exiting and entering the bathtub.
Traditional bathtubs have curved sidewalls decreasing your interior tub space and increasing your risk of slipping and falling.

This model offers 3 jetting & therapy options. The jetting options are based on the available space below the molded seat of the walk-in bathtub. Please view descriptions of the different therapy options below, or click on the PDF links to see jetting schematics for easier understanding.
1. Hydro Massage System

The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, hydro massage intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jet system for targeted and effective massaging.The in-line water heater helps maintain the water temperature at constant level while bathing, if the water tank can produce enough hot water. It is suggested to upgrade to the largest available 75-gallon water heater to ensure enough hot water. Please consult with a professional contractor to determine if your water tank can provide enough hot water for a walk-in bathtub. Our ozone sterilization system is the most eco-friendly, chemical free disinfectant that can eliminate a wide variety of inorganic, organic, and microbiological bacteria. The sterilization system is especially helpful in eliminating odors and hygienic maintenance. The in-line water heater and ozone sterilization automatically engage when the hydro massage push control is pressed down when turning on your jets. The hydro massage intensity dial control allows you to adjust the strength of the water stream by adding more or less air into the hydro system.
The ShowerShop 32” x 72” has eight (8) strategically placed hydro jets in order to deliver optimal therapeutic relief. These jets provide relief to your back, hips, thighs, feet and calves.
2. Air Massage System

The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets for optimal therapeutic relief, and an auto-purge to maintain an air system free of any build ups. The Air Massage System’s most popular control system is the on/off push control because the buttons were designed to rise above the deck in order to make it easier to push.The 32” x 72” has twenty (20) strategically placed air jets that pull in air and blow it into the water to create a gentle, relaxing massage. These fixed flat jets work to provide relief to your back, hips, thighs, foot, and legs.
The Air Jet Massage System also includes an auto-purge feature. This feature engages automatically 20 minutes after the pump has been turned off to purge water out of the air jet lines. The auto-purge will run for 120 seconds to ensure your system is clear and free of moisture and excess water helping to prevent the mildew buildup.
Note: This massage is gentler than a Hydrotherapy Massage.
3. Infusion™ Microbubble Therapy

ShowerShop Infusion™ Microbubble Therapy System consists of a single Microbubble jet connected to a hydro pump and Microbubble Tank System. The high-pressure hydro pump, along with the Microbubble tank, breaks down the water molecules into billions of tiny bubbles which are then sent out through the single jet. ShowerShop 44.5” x 57.5” Frameless Bi-Fold Glass Door is a convenient alternative to a regular shower curtain and is specifically designed for ShowerShop Lay-Down Walk in Bathtubs. The outward open door consists of two glass panels, one of which has a stunningly curved silhouette that creates a contemporary look and gives an open, airy feeling. The two panels are connected by two sturdy stainless steel hinges, making it easy to open and close. Additionally, the glass panels are lined with a seal strip at the bottom, offering a perfect solution to prevent water leaks and allows for easier cleaning of the tub door.
