How is the Capri delivered, and what does shipping cost?
Free Shipping. It arrives by freight carrier in a 55″ × 33″ × 50″ crate (342 lb). Lead time 5–7 business days.
What do I need for installation?
The manufacturer requires a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician, a dedicated GFCI-protected circuit for jetted and heated models, and a level floor that supports the full weight of tub, water and bather. The owner's manual in Downloads has the details.
What does the warranty cover?
Ella's Bubbles gives a limited lifetime warranty on parts — shell, frame, motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, faucet, drain and overflow — for the original customer at the installation address. Verified defective parts ship free within the contiguous USA. The warranty is not transferable and requires the activation form signed by you and your installer.
Can I open the door while there is water in the tub?
No. Fill and bathe with the door closed, then drain the tub completely before opening the door.
How does the heated seat & back work?
Turn it on 10–15 minutes before you get in; it switches off automatically after 20 minutes.
How fast does it drain?
Dual Drain Technology uses two 2″ drains, each with its own control, for the fastest gravity drainage Ella offers. Exact fill and drain times depend on your water pressure and plumbing.
What is the return policy?
ShowerShop has a 30-day return policy unless your invoice says otherwise. A 25% restocking fee applies, you pay return shipping, and installed products can't be returned. Start a return by emailing [email protected].
