How is the Petite delivered, and what does shipping cost?
Free Shipping. It arrives in a 57″ × 31″ × 47″ crate (305–375 lb depending on jetting). Lead time: 5–7 business days.
What do I need for installation?
The manufacturer requires a licensed plumber and a licensed electrician, a dedicated GFCI circuit, and a level floor that supports the full weight of tub, water and bather.
What does the warranty cover?
Ella's Bubbles gives a limited lifetime warranty on parts — shell, frame, motors, pumps, fixtures, electronic controls, faucet, drain and overflow — for the original customer at the installation address. Verified defective parts ship free within the contiguous USA. The warranty is not transferable and requires the activation form signed by you and your installer. How fast does it fill and drain?
The tub holds 65 gal unoccupied (30–50 gal with a bather). The Fast-Fill faucet and Dual Drain Technology (two 2″ drains) are designed to shorten both. For the foot-massage option, you can fill just the foot well, which takes minutes.
Can I open the door while there is water in the tub?
No. Fill and bathe with the door closed, then drain the tub completely before opening the door.
Is the Petite accessible?
It has a 19″-wide seat and an inward-swing door you step through. One U-shaped stainless-steel deck-mounted grab bar is included · Step-in height 4″ · Seat height 15″ · Door width 15¾″.
How does the heated seat & back work?
Turn it on 10–15 minutes before you get in; it switches off automatically after 20 minutes. It adds $598 to any Petite configuration.
What is the return policy?
